Welcome to the Burrr Months!

Welcome to the burrr months!

Who wants a Donald Jay Christmas ornament this year? If you do, please like, comment, or in some way interact with this post. Why?

Welcome to the Burrr months (Septemburrr, Octoburrr, Novemburrr, Decemburrr). This is the time of year when I’m still writing, but Santa also has to get out into the workshop to make those gifts. To be honest with you guys, Santa could use a little motivation this year.

This whole weekly blog/posting thing gets a little lonely when few people interact with your posts because it’s hard to tell if anyone is out there. Making Christmas magic in the workshop when it’s Florida hot outside gets even lonelier. So, I need a little motivation to get out there and create special Christmas items just for you guys. All it takes is one click, a Like.

So, to borrow a John Adams quote, is anybody there? Does anybody care? Let me know.

I’m not getting much “burrr” here, but the evening breezes are much nicer now. 🙂 I love your craftsmanship — on paper and in wood.
